hadenkose: No notification or headphone symbol indicating my headphones are connected, but they still work. "Have you tried turning it off and on again?" :-)
FazerDude:networkn: Ok I like the new phone, however there are some things that are driving me crazy and I am too busy to spent a lot of time working on them right now.
There is no inbuilt mail app like there was with my galaxy so I downloaded nine. It says it will sync calendar and contacts but it doesn't appear the contacts are in my contacts list. Email is syncing ok.
I do love the fingerprint scanner, best thing.
Screenshots don't go to the gallery app, so I don't know where to find them after a few minutes, they aren't in the pictures app either.
I thought my Galaxy s6 was laggy but this phone isn't coping with Hay Day or Clash of Clans nearly as well.
I may switch back if I can't get the software to work the way I like it a little better, accepting expressions of interest on a 5 day old Nexus 6P 32GB Aluminium bought in Australia.
Gmail is the built-in email app - it works fine for Gmail, Hotmail, Exchange, Office 365, etc. I tried Nine as an option - it is good, but a little steep at $15. You may need to select which contacts are being displayed - from the Contacts app, select the three dots, then Contacts to display, then either select the Nine account or choose Custom if you want to show more than one account.

Yeah lol.
Works fine on my PS4 controller, Old HTC M7, Laptop...

I hope it's not a hardware fault! How do we go about getting a warranty repair on these phones when no receipt/invoice was ever sent out with them? (At least I was never sent one)

Did you purchase from 2degrees or direct from google? I'm sure there would be no problem getting warranty repair as you'll have some record of your purchase? emails? credit card statement?
Finch: Turns out if you put the headphones plug in too fast, the 6P wont recognize it. Have to put it in slowly......

I use gmail app for gmail and an old paradise account. I use Outlook app for exchange plus my outlook.com accounts. I'd rate the Outlook app over gmail - plus does a great job of calendar and contacts.
Screenshots are in the "Device Folders". Select menu from top left in Photos app.

Yeah. Shouldn't have to go looking for them.
