The power adaptor was the extra bonus free gift when selecting the online exclusive colour during pre-order in EPP, maybe also in normal Samsung online.

Would someone please confirm I was supposed to receive a return courier bag with my S24 Ultra so I can send my old phone back as a trade in?

My S24 Ultra delivery was missing one.

My S24 Ultra delivery was missing one.

I used their trade-in process for my wife's Z Flip5.

After you place an order for the new phone, Samsung trade-in partner will send you an email with a link that takes you to the trade-in website.

You don't get a return courier bag but you can generate a free courier post package label from the trade-in website to stick on the package containing your old phone.

Hope that helps

Thank you - that's what I needed.

I was searching for an email from Samsung. I've found the trade-in email from their trade-in partner now. Much appreciated!

You should have got email from trade in partner which will give you link to Samsung portal, then you need to go check status tab and enter your offer no and postcode and you will get details there how to trade in and labels. It was very hard to work out how to do I and to ring customer service to find out and they didn't know how after getting 3 emails I worked  out how to do, plus there email address for help didn't work

Looks like it's only the 25W for the non EEP exclusive colour based on what I received.

I didn't request the power adapters they just got added free to the order. Didn't seem to add them when I went through selecting the standard colours but did with the special colour - maybe an added extra with EPP, not sure. Quite good that the adapters come with a cable though in addition to the one the comes with the phone.

Always prefer glass screen protectors so had ordered some separately to use rather than the included film ones. Fingerprint works perfectly with the one I got. Going through the setup at the moment (was out last night for Valentine's etc). Stress free so far and transferring data between phones via the cable was a much better experience than the previous time I swapped phones without doing that. Still seems hit and miss which accounts are logged in and which aren't on the new phone so having to go through each app individually which is always the most time consuming part. Considering I thought I only used one or two passwords for most things I have a surprising number of different ones!

I ordered online (not EPP)exclusive color and power adapter was include so maybe EPP gave you better charger but knew it didn't charge that much quicker form previous videos seen.

Might have to look at that am film protector but never liked glass as over time every time they last only 1 or 2 days even installed by shops and paid for perhaps dozen times had  glass and just don't like.

Takes a long to reenter all passwords and set up apps as now I always do fresh install every time as don't like smart switch.

Very impressed with the photo editing at first go. Have some wedding photos I've been wanting to edit following a family bust up and managed to successfully remove a couple of people from a nice family photo.

Would love to see it but obviously it's got people there so hard to share that way. I'm pleased the AI is working for you.

It's a quality feel though aye. That's quite a big upgrade coming from the S9 and 10s. Enjoy your phones after all that waiting.

I did everything as mentioned. It's annoying that the NZ Post tracking shows the item as delivered. Whereas the trade-in site hasn't been updated. Raised a complaint few days back and still haven't got any response.

Yeah, it took them about a week before they came back and confirmed they received my S20U trade-in phone, there is a delay there.
