On the phone with BrightPoint now. - NO ETA! Again! Waiting for Manufacturer to confirm the ETA...
Now i'm on hold when the CS trying to gathering information for me. Listening to some weird music..

BrightPoint CS: The ETA is the 20th and it is allocated to the stores. So you'll have to talk to them to find out. JB Hifi is getting it by the 20th.
Me: Why are not the retailers been told about this? Like NL?
BrightPoint CS: I'm not sue, you'll have to talk to them and they can contact us.
Me: Thank you. I'll ring NL up and let them know.

NL CS: Sorry we don't have any ETA on this but we are offering the 16GB SD card with the 16GB S3 to make it 32GB.
ME: Sorry but I already have a 64GB Micro SD Card.
NL CS: Oh...um... Our merchandise said we only have the 16GB allocated to us.
ME: BrightPoint told me that the stock will arrive on the 20th for allocated stores.
NL CS: Oh.. umm.. I will call them to find out.
NL CS: Unfortunately the stock is not allocated to us. It is between the supplier and the store.
ME: This is unacceptable. We made our preorders and we're hoping that you guys would get the stock in from the same shipment. Why did JB Hifi get a different treatment to you guys. On behalf of all of the preorders from your stores, I demand the answer.
NL CS: In this case I do not know i'm sorry. I can put you through your local store so you can discussing this with them. Please hold....

NL CS: We have 3 option for you.
1. Get full refund
2. Get a 16GB model
3. Lay a formal complain
ME: If I want my refund I would of getting it since the 15th June when my ETA became No ETA. And if I want the 16GB Model then I would already have gotten one since the launch date. And I've been complaining for month and all I ever get was sorry there is nothing further we can do in this case. If you told me that get my refund back from the beginning then I would but this is like 1month and half later. If I put this money in the bank, I would at least get some interest back. But here I got nothing but waste of my time and money calling up the suppliers to find out for you guys.
ME: *Complaining on the phone...* Why is JB Hifi get different treatment from your supplier?
NL CS: I'm not sure about this part sorry. It is the best we can do.
ME: I wasted my time with Noel Leeming and all I wanted is my order to be firfilled. And can you not talk to the supplier to get an allocated stock for the preorderer or anything?
NL CS: Unfortunately I have to hang up this call. I gave you all the options and my recommendation is for you to go into the store and get your money back. We are going nowhere here and I don't think I can help you.
ME: Of cause it is going nowhere and I know that you guys can't help me. Because you guys can't even help yourself.
