I signed up to 2D on the 2nd June, phone arrived by courier on the 6th.

Did you sign up online? Because i went into the store..Might've been my mistake.

Quinny: Waiting on 2degrees Blue 16g. All sorts of delays, excuses and obstacles in my way over last month have made this frustrating. Riccarton suck (would not take pre-order (wanted to order blue subject to what colour was like when arrived), would not call for eta, made me wait in store for an hour while nothing happened and manger went on a walkabout, you name it), Palms Kiosk at least are trying to get me one. Website only allows white so of no use.

Should have gone to NL as may have been quicker. Was hard to walk away from Vodafone Riccarton who have Blue in stock ready to sell >.<

0semaj0: So Ive been following much of this "current affairs" and cannot bear my silence any longer...

The cost price (including GST) for white SGS3 16GB is $830NZD for a specific large NZ electronics retailer (not NL/B&B)...200 units were received into their distribution centre on the 7th and another 100 unit should be received by the 20th...as a result, I suspect NL was making a even cut on both their 16GB and 32GB SGS3 units...so they were not losing money, nor gaining.

I had pre-ordered my white SGS3 32GB @ NL during the 20% off sale...was told by their staff last Sunday (10/6) to expect 3 weeks at the latest before receiving unit. I wasnt asked to put a deposit nor did I put a deposit down, in a way, I didnt expect or need the phone urgently but Im sure like many in this forum and on XDA are becoming restless with the wait.

Especially when there is so many conflicting information about stock availability. I however do firmly believe that NL may receive limited allocation due to their "oops" over the Queens Birthday Sale; while other retailers receive more substantiated stock figures, allowing more profitable sales...in which they make a good $200 (including GST) per unit.

More days have gone past so I rang several NL branches none of which have stock or know when stock is expected, have also been told that they were not aware of a 32GB edition.

Just to confirm. No one has yet received their 32GB SGS3? Correctos?
