I thought the mobile congress was going to create another war between the mobile phone companies new flagship phones.

But it's easy to see that the Sony Z2 is the best so far, just need to see what LG and HTC do.

The only thing that was a slight let down was the size. Same screen size as LG G2 but bigger phone size.
I know it has a load more features packed in, just thought a slightly smaller footprint would have made it epic.

Apparently the G3 will have a 5.5" screen.

I'm looking forward to the Oppo Find 7 more than anything.

I know it's a bit biased posting this in the Z2 thread, but would you rather have the Xperia Z2 or the Galaxy S5?

Z2 this year. The S5 does not cut it for me this time.

If you have a look at the specs, there is no competition. The Z2 smashes the S5

Z2, all day long.

Between this and the LG G Pro 2. Missing the big screen of my previous Notes.

The Z2's display is gorgeous, double tap to wake is a seriously great addition, and the stereo speakers add a lot of value as well. Sony have, at this point, addressed every pain point I had with their devices. Lots to like here.

The one thing I am not sold on is the form factor. Never been a fan of the block look. Prefer nice rounded edges.

I dig the black monolithic slab approach. Bit of futuristic design goes a long way these days. Feels pretty great form factor-wise, as the edges are a little more curved than those of the Z1. I'm not personally a big fan of glass backed devices, though, so would be inclined to pop a case on it - colleague has a lovely one on his Z1.

Yeah Z2 looks like a great phone.

Question is, import from UK with speaker/headphones or wait for local?!

I've heard that there may be stock shortages in the UK? At any rate, it shouldn't be too much longer after the UK get it that we do
