If the 32GB's don't arrive, you might not find a better price then this

http://www.kogan.com/au/buy/samsung-galaxy-s3-32gb-blue/

If you use the code KGNCOOP1, you'll save ~$6 Wink

All up including Aussie shipping it's AU$641.71 which is currently NZ$831.67

You would need to get it sent to an Australian address but I guess then it can be classed as a "gift" and avoid NZ Customs?

To avoid NZ Custom then ...

But that's not my main priority yet.

[Moderator edit (MF): as per FUG, removed suggestion that could be breaking the law]

Pretty sure you cant ship a phone with the battery in it. Also what you are suggesting is illegal.

Move to New Zealand's best fibre broadband service (affiliate link). Free setup code: R587125ERQ6VE. Note that to use Quic Broadband you must be comfortable with configuring your own router.

To avoid NZ Custom then you have to opened the box and put the battery inside the phone first. Then mark it as repair return.

But that's not my main priority yet.

Lol I don't know if it is illegal or not but my previous phone that my sister sent to me has battery inside it. But you can always opened the box up and make it looks like a used phone then it should be fine.

Importing goods tax only applying to goods that is over $400 so mark the price below $400 is also reduce the chance of getting snap by NZ custom. It is a false information of cause if you get caught and could end up with a fine.

I bought a Beats Studio headphones from US and I didn't pay any tax :)
Headphones doesn't fall under the taxing scheme.

Tomorrow I'll call up BrightPoint again to confirm its arrival but the allocation could take 1 week or two.

Just bought another case from here http://bit.ly/MOP4gw just in preparation for the drop of the SGS3 32GB Pebble Blue (fingers crossed for 20th~). Was considering getting a Case-mate Tough cos that's what I used on my SGS2 but I still felt that would be a little bulky, hopefully the Incipio is just right in size. For people who's interested put in Sum2012 to get 20% discount for all Incipio products.

I now have 3 cases, USB OTG, screen protectors - just need the PHONE!! hahaha.

Trying to hype myself up by buying more accessories to build more excitement that I've lost with the wait.

Not at all. Stating facts. You can not ship a phone with the battery in it.    Gifts have to be unsolicited and under $110 before they attract GST and duty

If someone is posting incorrect information then I would hope people in here will correct it or someone may get burned.

I am one of those people that have brought many phones and tablets into the country and never once been charged GST or any other fees (luck of the draw I guess) and I have also had many sent by mates in Taiwan and they have put the battery in for me before sending and have posted it as a return and they have kept the packaging to get around import fees too.  I just say it is luck of the draw if you get have to pay more.

Loving the 32gb model, hope you guys have good news tomorrow.  I am have not sold my 16gb so if anyone is looking I still have it for sale at $800 all sealed still.  Hate not having for so long and now having 2.

Some of the team here go the Nexus 7's today so that looks like the next purchase.
