There is no law to break as it is no illegal to send a phone with battery inside. Couriers and post companies have their own terms and conditions and they don't want batteries inside because it can short circuit and cause fires.

On another note, defrauding customs is nothing to laugh at and THAT IS BREAKING THE LAW.

Please do not post about defrauding customs anymore. I will update the FUG tonight.

DoggNZ: So everytime someone sends an iPhone they're breaking the law?

We are not talking about iPhones, but if specific packaging requirements are not met, then yes actually.

It is definitely against the law to knowingly defraud NZ Customs.

EDIT: Oops MF beat me to it

I was amped up about 2 months ago but now I've been on a stationary level. It is not going to go up higher than I am right now. Highly participated for some good news. I really hope NL is going to give me some freebies with my purchase for the trouble I'm going through and everyone else as well.

Oh my, it's just as flash as my Nokia 1280 that I'm currently using (after selling my SGS2).

Nokia 1280 - SGS3 Killer :-p

Have been using this while I wait for the 32GB S3.

Don't you love the snake game. hahahah

I would've held onto my S2 if I had known the 32GB was gonna take this long.

You have to read and accept the FUG every time we make a change to it. You only have to do it once and not again until next time it's changed.
