OK so the tables turned this morning and I got a CALL from Noel Leeming. Basically my ONE trusted sales rep called and told me they will definitely have the Pebble Blue 32GB come in by tomorrow and be ready for pick-up THURS latest. This is for the MANUKAU store for people wondering. Other stores may be ready earlier perhaps?

Fingers crossed these new batches have less failure rates, cos I'd hate to be in the waiting process again thru warranty..hahaha

...Toes crossed too :-)

My cousin just picked up the white 32GB from Noel Leeming Hamilton and he told me that the sale man disrespecting him and rude. Not sure how the service quality is rating for NL now a day.

Though, I must say I have pleasant experience with the sale man (Tony and Toni). Both are great and very helpful.

Everyone else is either rude or have no idea what they are talking about.

Just called Noel Leeming to find out where my phone is and they tell me it arrived this morning and it's ready for pick up at the Henderson NL branch. It is a 32GB Blue. Of to pick it up in my lunch break! Finally! So anyone ordering from Henderson may also have theirs waiting.

Integer given you got the information second hand I wouldn't go assuming all staf are like nor do you know exactly what your mate said to them

I experienced a few problems myself. But that is why I know who is a good salesman and who is not in the store.

From my best experiences, I always go and talk to the older salesman and they are really helpful and willing to provide the good service upto their standard. But the new staff (Younger ones) always chit chatting stuff behind the desk while customer are wondering around in the store looking for someone to help them with their purchase. That is just me though. Not wanting to say everyone is bad or anything but the most experience staffs are pleasant to talk to and make you want to go back to the same person and buy from them.

Do you not agreed?

Good one but I guess you still need to show them your receipt lol. Can't take the phone without pre-purchase receipt.

Unless the store have a spare one :) I'm just waiting for my phone call right now..

Gutted! NL won't give me the deal on the 16GB model like they offered me last week. :(

Just to let you guys know, I picked up my S3 from Noel Lemmings Porirua yesterday, so if you havent already got yours in other parts of the country my money would be on getting a call today.
