Just some feed back guys, I got 3 black dots and 3 smaller gray dots when doing screen test. But I'm still happy. It play music and reproduce nearly exact to what I hear from my computer and head units. 32GB is really great but 25.57GB only available to use.
In S2 you get 11.37GB + 2GB apps partition. In S3 you get 11.40GB (16GB) for everything. Because of the ext4 is support by the kernel. And 32GB you get 25.57GB for both Apps and data.

I was hoping for a perfect phone but my conclusion is that I guess that's unrealistic for the AMOLED technology after reading some threads on XDA.
Have compared my handset to a friends and he had more spots than me. Funny thing is he didn't even realize until I tested his unit for him, guess in practical terms there is nothing to worry about as movies play back great, even in all-black frames - you hardly notice the blotches which are tiny for the most part.
I only noticed after specifically testing for it, does not annoy me that much now. Everything else is great. NOVA 3 is just insane!

Yea just installed it now, great GPS app. Now need to find a place to go to test it out properly...Cheers for the recommendation man!

In dialer put *#0*# to get the actual screen test - this test can ensure you don't have any dead pixels.
Otherwise go to Youtube or download a complete black background and display this on the screen, then go somewhere totally dark and check for blotches. In most cases you'll see a few, but I don't know anyone who has got a perfect handset.
If you do then you are part of the lucky SGS(3) owners.

Thanks. So I just go thru all the buttons i.e Red/Green? What GPS app did you guys download? I would be curious to see what applications you guys have got setup.. I am new to this so it would be beneficial for me to download the good ones.
