It was about 2 months later than Amazon with the first Prime, but with it being in hot demand, I'd say sometime in the 2nd quarter of this year, longer for the 3G version

If you want one earlier there are plenty of safe and reliable places online to purchase from.

No word if it's been upped to 2GB of RAM either, but I have no idea whether the Tegra 3 can deal with that anyway.
NZtechfreak:
Nice update, some 3-6 months away though... By that time we'll see some Samsung tabs that might have their quadcore exynos SoC which will provide stiff competition, possibly 1080p SAMOLED displays too...
DrStrangelove: I read the Transformer Prime?TF700T has been updated as noted at CES 2012.
It now comes with a 1920x1200 screen (original 1280x800) and a reworked back cover to better the performance of GPS, Bluetooth and WiFi.
So, guessing if you have one on order, you may want to rethink if 1920x1200 and better WiFi is your thing.

Won't be out for another 3+ months and have to think about how much of a performance hit the larger resolution will cause.
kind regards Andrew TD
