Linux:

@nzkc First step hard reset the handset

That is something I'd be keen to avoid. Setting up all the MFA apps again is a PITA! (Off topic: Why dont more allow us to back up their config?)

I do realise if I were to flash the firmware I'd be doing that too. At least Id be able to have more certainty it'd fix my issue.

OT. Authy allows you to sync to other devices. Google Authenticator now can backup accouns.

You can transfer to a new phone (from what I've seen). And you can grab the backup codes (which I have too). That export doesn't seem to allow you to take it offline for use if you completely reset a phone (or lose your phone!)

But anyway... no-one has actually answered my original question about where one might get the official 2d firmware.

sonyxperiageek: Has anybody else's Chrome app been freezing lately on their P30 Pro? I've got the latest Chrome app for Android, and am on EMUI version 10.0.0. I find in order to unfreeze it, I have to switch to another app then switch back to it.

Absolutely driving me bonkers. Seems sine Android 10 update.

I woke up this morning to find the 10.1 update had downloaded overnight. I've installed it and have got the fancy coloured AOD clock. I'll have to have an explore on my commute.
I'm on 2 Degrees.

What is the group, I would be interested to be in there - if I am not already!

Just checked mine, and downloading now.

I'm on Vodafone.

Seems like they are more together on update approval this time around

To those who have received 10.1, are you running the p30 Pro or non-Pro?

Also if be keen to hear any discussion regarding camera performance as mentioned above.

I'm using the P30 Pro. Haven't done any camera things yet so I'll let you know if I notice a difference

Yes, mine installed this morning, P30 Pro on Spark. Only thing I've noticed is the cool gradient effect on the always on clock....haven't noticed anything else. Never thought I'd see the day a phone would get an almost 5GB software update!

Had the update a week or so, I don't pretend to know a lot of what I am doing with the camera, but usually I get great shots with everything on auto, but since the update the camera has not been as good.  I attempted to take a few scenic outdoor shots the other morning and they were terribly dark and unusable.  Will muck about with settings a bit...

Anybody on Spark with a P30 Pro notice that VoLTE is not active on their handset since the 10.1 update. VoLTE is turned on in the menu. Cheers Andrew
