My S20FE is just trying to annoy me now, i am sure its haunted. It has started two irritating issues.... 1. Random screen shots. It takes random screenshot which I only know has happened when a notification tells that the screenshot was successful even though I had not taken it. 2. I believe these are related I am getting non responsive touch screen that will will sometimes come right in a minute of two or will require a restart. I am also getting phantom screen touches where it seems to activate an adjacent or nearby shortcut or active a short by itself.

I have scanned the handset and no issues were reported and there has been no new Apps loaded for some time. I can't help thinking that this phone is junk and a huge mistake, thankfully it was cheap.

Here is a crazy notion, lets give peace a chance.

If you are in Auckland/Wellington/Christchurch you cns visit a Samsung kiosk and have them run it through a diagnostic tool.

You can also enable show touches in developer options to try see where the touches are happening.

I think that is on a similar time frame as the opening of Transmission Gully 😬

SM-G780G/DS, I believe Snapdragon. I'm with Vodafone if that matters

No update available for my one either.

I have SM-G780F/DS. Purchased directly from Samsung.

Which operators sim did you have in it when you first booted it? My understanding is that is who you will be waiting on firmware release for. VF for me, already updated.

Subtle differences. Notifications bar items are smaller (better), the charging splash screen is different 🤣

Was with Vodafone when I purchased the phone in Dec 2020 but changed to Spark in April 2021.
