I'm somewhat expecting we'll get the same. However Vodafone AU are only offering double data with their Z2, so no physical bonuses there. Optus in Australia are offering a pair of Adidas trainers which is a little... unexpected.

Vodafone NZ are remaining tight lipped about everything, just saying 'soon'. :(

As much as I wanted to hold out for a Z2, Sonys delays and lack of information regarding a release is annoying.

2 more weeks I will give it, and then off to Telecom to grab an s5

There's a Z2 event here at Vodafone v.nue until 6PM tonight if anyone in central Auckland fancies having a play with a Z2.

Yeah sorry about that, I was on my phone at the event and I didn't pay attention to your question properly. Here's the dock and pricing:

Very expensive when you realise it's just a few pieces of plastic with a micro USB extension running through it and some magnets. It doesn't even come with another USB cable. Be warned though, it took forever for Sony to get stock for the original Xperia Z dock. I think I waited for at least a month.

I already ordered my Z2 dock from clove.co.uk where I think it ended up being marginally cheaper and it's in stock now. Arrived in four days:

The event at Vodafone today was more Michael Jackson focussed than I had hoped. Only chance to win anything was if you are a Michael Jackson fan, which I'm not at all. At least there was free food.

Talk about badly promoted thing... Got an email "MEDIA ALERT" from Sony PR, with words "Sony Music have teamed up with Sony Mobile and Vodafone to host an incredible tribute event happening now at Vodafone NZ HQ"

Surely a "media alert" about an event would be sent before the event, not at its end?

We never had any of the Z1 docks in store either (I think they might have been the same one actually) so I would recommend getting in early if you want a dock too
