Yes! Just got my confirmation from Vodafone - 1 to 2 days!

Hope my Sandisk 64GB SDXC and Nillkin white case turn up from HK tomorrow too.

networkn: Being revised I bet :)

I would think so too. I was just surprised that the termination fee was capped so low as I would assume people would have taken advantage of this earlier

Well it was likely copied and pasted from another phone offer.

The only T&C specific to the S3 deal were Legal stuff:Credit check, early termination charges and Pay Monthly conditions apply. Handset subject to availability, offer until 1 July 2012 or while stocks last. Bonus Minutes and Bonus Data offers end 1 July 2012. Bonus Minutes and Bonus Data valid for one month and do not carry over. On termination of your 2degrees Pay Monthly Plan or transfer to Prepay or Business Plan you will lose your entitlements to 100 Bonus Minutes and 1GB Bonus Data. $89 plan minutes and Bonus Minutes to standard NZ landlines and mobiles only, excludes calls to premium rate numbers. Calls rounded up to the nearest minute. 3G coverage required for 3G services. For full Pay Monthly and bonus rewards conditions visit 2degreesmobile.co.nz

Where I got the early termination details from was just the generic pay monthly plan terms and conditions http://www.2degreesmobile.co.nz/c/document_library/get_file?uuid=cf1098b4-e432-46db-82d6-378d6ab333f7&groupId=10128

So quite possibly they might add in some extra T&Cs specifically relating to the S3 deal

Or add generic terms to state that the contract minimum length is equal to the number of months equivalent to the value of the device you purchased + termination fee.

I'm under contract with VF and tbh I am struggling to convince myself that paying ETF and moving across to 2D is a bad thing. I was going to buy phone outright and stay with VF but the overall deal is kinda too good to let go, even comparing VF's $90 plan vs 2D's $89 plan the difference in value is very favourable

I'd say don't use anything
Screen protectors just look, and feel bad

Your screen will only get slightly scratched

in regards to the WS thing, I just called, and they said they should still be getting them, just not first thing tomorrow, around lunch/afternoon now

I have moved across the ditch.  Now residing in Melbourne as a VOIP/Video Technical Trainer/Engineer.

Oh stink bro, I just got an email from Vodafone saying I had to pay $150 early resign fee. On Friday I checked this on the VF website and it said Less that 6 months $0 for a resign. I have less than 4 months remaining.

I find this a bit poor considering I did have a good check of these details, and yet they change behind your back like this.

I have been with vodafone for very long time and to be honest am a little pissed about it.

>>>Rant for the day<<<

I'm not a complete idiot, I still have some parts missing.

I initially thought that too. However if I switch to 2D then I lose my $30/month naked broadband discount with VF. Also no best mate which I make good use of `200 mins/month.

I just rang WHS Petone and they don't know if they have come in yet. He told me to ring tomorrow and ask the stock person :/

All comments are my own opinion, and not that of my employer unless explicitly stated.

Hi,

Just a quick note to let you know we will be launching the Gakaxy S III at $944 for the 16GB and 1044 for the 32GB.

At this stage only the 16GB white will be available from tomorrow and it looms like the rest of the models will be roughly 10 days away from launch.

Thanks

Regards
==========
