Definitely will be pre-ordering come Monday.

I have already purchased a dock from overseas and won't need it now we're going to be getting them free... so anyone want it? Perhaps someone who already has a Z2? It costed me $68 and they're going to be $75 in NZ but I'm not looking to profit or make all my money back. Any offers?

Sure. It supports all the bands needed, but you'll probably find there are a few non-removable Vodafone apps on it.

So pre orders now open however the accessories are only free for first 200 orders who sign up to a new contract on a Red plan.

scottjpalmer: I've got 2 of the Spigen glass screen protectors spare. The box says both front and back protectors are included.

$45 to your door, first in first served.

I have changed my plan so have another 2 to sell.

Very typical of Vodafone, not to reward existing customers.

I expected this to be honest after the deal they did with the M8 being the same. Still disappointing as plans don't particularly benefit me so I stick to prepay and buy phones outright.

However I have pre-ordered elsewhere with a nice wee staff discount through my brother. Offsets the lack of free stuff very nicely. :)

I think what is disappointing is that these are accessories that Sony is giving free with the phone in other parts of the world when bought outright. And after such a delay I was expecting Sony would do the same here. Then again Vodafone have exclusive rights to this device so they will sell it the way they feel like.

Yeah I seriously regret not buying from clove.co.uk now that this has happened. I would have had free headphones and a free speaker that way, and probably would have had it sooner. They're out of stock now, sadly.

Complain on their facebook, hopefully they'll do a turn around if enough people complain.

When I got my Z1 there was 2 optus shops in the same plaza (mall), I went to the first, waited in line for 20 minutes for them to say I couldn't buy it outright... walked into the second,  3 minutes later and walked out with a new phone... Might do that again next week. Only bought at optus because it came with a free dock.

Given the price in Oz converted to NZD and 10% GST refund I might have to look at buying in Oz if I am there soon or ask someone to ship it or bring it over.

Definitely worthwhile if you can.

~$300 difference. On a good day you could almost get a return flight for that...
