What are we thinking a 256GB S23U in very good condition would be worth second hand?

TradeMe has new at around 1500.

PB's offering has just come out. Looks similar to previous years - the scooter, charger, watch etc. Harvey Norman gives out a $700 gift card for the Ultra which seems pretty good if you need other things from them.

I was set to do that, until I realized in the T&C's they want that voucher redeemed within 60 days!

Has anyone else taken the plunge yet or still waiting for reviews? I'm on the fence still.

I'll be buying just trying to figure out the 'best' deal.

I went on NL and saw that they were giving a Watch 6 47mm away and also 2D giving a Watch 6 LTE 44mm Watch too. Watch galore!

Yeah a watch doesn't interest me, esp not a Samsung with their charge every day. I get all the same functionality out of my Huawei and charge once a fortinight.

The point is you can offload them but it is a hassle.

S24U battery drain test vs S23U, Pixel 8 Pro and iPhone 15 Pro.

We have a new battery king!

@mrgsm021:

Annedroyd: I was disappointed to see in NZ the max trade in value of $1505 was for an iPhone 15 Pro Max. I understand Samsung want to poach the competition but it was deflating to see they valued their own flagship (S23U) less🤦‍♂️.

For someone that was looking to upgrade from S23, I'd imagine they'd sell it instead of trading it in. That's exactly what I'd do.

The S23 with 256GB storage is worth $820 trade-in which is probably close to what you'd get by selling on Trade Me but without the hassles.

Anyone got a preorder code from Samsung they aren't using? Mine didn't come through.

Had a play.

Feels great in hand. Noticed the snapping of photos is much faster than the S23U.

Didn't notice anything else of note.

I'm gonna see if I can sell my S23U 1TB. Otherwise can't justify it.
