With a new google wallet app out, I thought i'd install it and see if anything had changed. Last time the app refused to launch and went about hiding itself from my appdrawer.

This time the app launches, but a region lock appears saying that it doesnt work in my country, with a direct link to changing addresses for google wallet.
I set it to a USA address, and a day later it let me access the app.

I set tap and pay enabled, after entering my NZ Credit card details, but a USA billing address. An NZ billing address would not work.

Once this was enabled, i gave it a shot at a local BP.

So does this work in NZ at all, or is it completely blocked, even when entering a USA address above twice like described?
