Hi.

For the last few adys ive got no 3g / 4g reception on my "new" phone.   I have swiped own & the top menu - turned Mobile data on/off/on -but still no reception.

I have mobile data turned ON now & it still says im offline..  - ive checked with 756 / Vodafone & do have data allowance this month..

Is there a hidden setting elsewhere i need to set - to use mobile data ?

EDIT: Ive bought this nw phone from a Vodafone shop - within the last few weeks.

Try a hard reset if that fails then return handset to place of purchase with proof of purchase

FYI a new SIM card will not resolve issue

Incorrect APN would not stop the handset from displaying 3G but would stop it from attaching to 4G
