Has anyone raised a support ticket with sky asking about the quality difference between SSN and Sky go?

I assume by the lack of response that no one has raised this directly with Sky support. I can’t do so as I don’t have sky go to compare to.

I would suggest a support ticket would be a better option that raising yet another thread on the subject.

I'm pretty sure someone has and they were told it would be brought up with the main team...but nothing came of it.

It's still my most major gripe with SSN and has been for the whole duration it's been available.

Clear difference and no real answers as to why?!

I too will be cancelling after my NRL Pass expires - just not worth it at all for sub standard quality

I still feel that if SSN rocked, they would see more churn from Sky To SSN

Im one of the people thinking about doing that. Been thinking of going the 7 day trial to check myself but from what i have read here the picture is terrible...especially in comparison to Sky Go which i currently use from an IPAD to ATV 4K in the bedroom. The image is quite excellent. Im a League/Union/Netball/Supercars type of guy so currently paying $70-80 just for Sport via Satellite. Heres hoping Sky ups their game on SSN.

I'm watching the abs vs aussie on ssn right now, and the picture looks great.
This is via the Samsung TV app, but I've noticed the android app on a mibox 4 can be jerky at times

My Sony TV usually looks good, but I distribute the mibox signal to all of my tvs (just using what I had in place for sky Hdmi) for those times where the wife and I are watching a game in different rooms

Device dependant maybe, or source material

Swipe up for channels is not working but I never used to use it so I don’t know how well it worked before.

Naki vs Canterbury on the same Samsung TV is a little worse. (jerky)

Wonder if its related to live and replay?

Or the 2019 Aus vs nz was recorded at a better frame rate?

I have raised a ticket for this with SSN Support. I also asked if the could explain the difference in quality between SSN and sky go.

The live picture is not great at times on my Apple TV. Grass looks terrible on wide moving shots. Can be blocky and jerky

But isn’t the Naki doing well!

I haven’t experienced any stuttering that I can tell but the grass is a bit blocky at times the swipe up for channels did work before maybe just have to wait for update

Watching the NRL tonight and the feed seems to pause every 10 minutes or so. I have to go back to the menu and restart the program. Has anyone else been having similar issues?
