Bobdn: Last post here, I'll send an email via the Lightbox home page in the future.

Lightbox appears to be down.  Error message is:" unauthorised token is missing in token map."

I saw that one mentioned on their facebook page - I think it means your session has expired so you will need to re-login again.

Also, the nice man at the Lightbox helpdesk told me to try Chrome rather than IE.  I'm no longer getting booted out so that's good.

Yeah, we've got a session expiration issue - we'll fix it ASAP, but until then you need to get a new session started by closing the browser and reloading the page.

Lightbox - we are online TV.

Just in case anyone in here is an Outlander fan (yeah, I thought not): The iPad video file for the newest episode isn't working. We're fixing it ASAP and the PC/Mac version works fine.

Also, if they could secure Game of Thrones (I know, I know, Sky have the rights to that locked up real tight), it would be an insta-subscribe (providing they have very little lag between US screening and availability). Probably not going to happen, but dreams are free, right?rere

Just get HBO Nordic for $13NZD a month ;-) Anyway OT.

I joined up for the trial on Thursday afternoon : it loaded up fine in 10 seconds and the quality was good.
This afternoon ( Sunday ) around 4.00pm and tonight at 9.00pm it will not load .I tried for about 10 minutes without success.
Our internet is Spark copper broadband with a maximum download speed of 2.6 but sometimes as low as 1.2.
Do Lightbox have a helpline phone number?
Cheers.

I'm using Chrome on Windows 7 and am getting constantly kicked off. I've set myself up to log in automatically, so am constantly seeing the "logging in" message. Seems to happen when the screen view is changed, ie clicking on a show to start watching or clicking "back" once an episode of something is finished. Not experiencing any streaming issues (touch wood) though.

I tried hard with this one but could not get around the "must use a Nordic credit card". Any tips for that one?

Thanks for that. Thought Lightbox delayed the episode for some reason.
