I'd be quite interested in trying that nameless sport package at $25 per month, if someone wanted to DM me the details!

I would love to know too please.  Would be the final nail in the coffin for Sky in my household.

Looked like this from the pix she sent me.  It looks latter that the original one.

Circa 2001. Sky got value for money.

I just phoned to cancel my Sky account after 20 years.  As expected, they offered me 3 months free Movies and Sport to stay on, but no, we've decided that their time is past.

I'll be on the lookout for ways to watch the RWC in case the offerings on Prime are not up to scratch.  Maybe the $25 per month offer mentioned above will be the way to do that, so please send me the details too.

Glad to see Sky increase their prices.  I've thought for too long we're getting a bargain so have been topping up my account an extra $10 a month anyway.

This is a great move.

People never complain when the price goes up anyway.

I just found myself at CricFree somehow. It has many sports including Cricket and Rugger and many others. I went back to it later and found another different site similar name
I am assuming there are many many streaming sites, and not legal? One of these had Sky Sports channales, the other has UK TV channels as well

You might find someone like ESPN has a streaming package, like they did for the Cricket World Cup. That was around $100 from memory. Pricey, but if you're not watching at any other time then cheaper than a year's worth of Sky!

I would appreciate it too. I don't watch sport myself (aside from the Cricket World Cup semi, which had me glued to the TV, and the America's Cup), but for other users, it's the main sticking point preventing us getting rid of Sky

Id like to know as well if someone would PM me too :-)

With fibre here it just makes more sense than paying increasingly more $$ to sky because they want to maintain more and more profits.

I'm sure he would have divulged that information in the first place if he wanted others to know..
