Does Andy still work at Sky?  I dropped him an email earlier and have had a bounceback (Recipient address rejected: Access denied.)

Cheers.

12 month deal that can be cancelled after 6 months?

Or locked into a 12 month contract?

Just spoke with one of Andy's installers.
There's a change where the contract is now in place for 12 months rather than "fixed price for 12, but you can cancel after 6 months"

I also asked what the cost would be to cancel earlier than 12 months and he said " It varies depending on when you cancel. Roughly $25 per month for the remainder of the term"

That was always the case even prior to Andy. The contract was for 12 months but you could cancel after 6 with no early termination penalty
