Sounds like Andy isn't doing the sign ups any more. The Auckland contact details are
Krish can help on 0212299515

Also you need a stand down of either 1 or 3 months depending on who is signing you up

Clint

Edit - Added Krish's details

Thanks

Seems odd that for broadband etc if I'm off contract I am free to leave or free to enjoy the latest deal. Mostly Ive not had to disconnect my mobile or broadband for 3 months, so I can get today's deal. It was quite annoying that when I changed electricity providers I had no power for 3 months.... /s   :-)  The ironic thing is that this annoys me as a long time loyal customer I get no joy, but those that are happy to flip flop, do.

I rang to quit Sky. They put my account on hold for three months.
About two months later they rang, was offered 10% off for six months, no contract or 25% off with one year contract.
Went for 25% which makes startup plus entertainment $38.10. I have recording free from deal did years ago.

Did get two channels that changed each month while on hold, plus Freeview.
So looks like if have Sky, can ring to quit and get made an offer after a few months of lite Sky.
Did get the impression they’ve happy to give another discount for contract when year up.

You could have a go at Sky Sales directly and say you've heard of people being contacted asking if they want to re-sign with Sky for a 50% discount and see what happens?

0800 759 759 is their main contact number, there should be an option to press to join Sky
