This week my booked programs keep disappearing and not be recorded. However they appear next week as series links. Has anyone else got this problem?

We've seen some of our series links disappear since yesterday, and our MySky HDi which has run flawlessly for about 4x years froze and rebooted today. Wondering whether there's just been a buggy firmware update or our box is possibly sucking a kumera?

Not alone, mine started to drop series linked recordings as well.

Same here too, all but 1 series linked recording disappeared.

Same here, all series linked recordings disappeared and I had to set them up again. Frustrating.

There was a problem found with the SKY series link generator's output data on Tuesday and it was restarted in the SKY headend. Unfortunately that somehow killed the series linking process in the decoders which wasn't found until Thursday morning. Right before the last races of the Americas Cup was not a good time for this to happen. The fix was to reboot the MySKY so SKY sent out a reboot signal to all customers at 2pm Thursday. Rebooted decoders should have reacquired their missing bookings over an hour or two. Sorry for missed recordings (Shorty fans).

My series link recordings still seem to be OK, but my one-off manual recording of Thursday's America's Cup "failed" for an "unknown reason [32]". Thank God for TVNZ OnDemand!
