Trying to set up S3 to record on box sets. For some reason S3 didn’t auto series link like Season 2 did after the first.

When hit record on Sky Box for Wednesday 1st September it comes up with “This program cannot be recorded”

I don’t want to watch 10 programs in one night, but happy to record them and watch over the week to make space for the next weeks box set one.

Other programs are recordable, just seems to be S3 Better Call Saul.

It could be a broader distribution rights / contractual rights issue than a Sky issue.

Having just checked on my Sky box

I had no problem scheduling a record for Better Call Saul 'Box sets' channel on Wednesday. Admittedly it doesn't series link, so I needed to hit record on each episode individually. (looked it up via search in the guide)

Looks like Season 3 is scheduled to be broadcast on box sets Wednesday 1st September, and Season 4 the following Wednesday. And presumably season 5 after that.

All 5 seasons appear to be available to download 'On Demand' through the set top box, though I'm pretty certain that would be in SD - and you would get better quality from the satellite broadcast.

Hi, it’s allowing it to be set up to record now, just won’t series link as mentioned above.

All 5 seasons are on Sky Go, I have some disk space though so thought it would be nice to watch in higher quality.

Looks like they are playing each season, one week apart on Box Sets, which works good for me.
