mattyb: Any update on availability of the 5T @NikT?

I see they're now available for order on supero.co.nz

Working on it. Hopefully get concrete timeframes soon.

I always recommend that if you are going to jump ship from Apple to Android get a pure Android device such as the Pixel 2. If you go for a different manufacturer you are bound to be disappointed if you want continued software support past a year or 2.

The OnePlus 5T is an excellent device but please heed the warning that this is not the pure Android experience and is skinned over.

I've had a oneplus one which lasted me way longer than I expected.  Colleague has a oneplus 2.  Family have oneplus 3's and I upgraded not so long ago with a oneplus 5.  The 5t will be a great phone.

We're trying to get a better price, $900 for the 64GB isn't good enough (bearing in mind PB bundles both an NZ wall charger + a convertor for dash charging).

Don't you kind of wish that PBtech would just reach out to oneplus and be the preferred supplier in NZ (including OP cases, chargers, cables etc).  Would make every ones life easier :P

I second this. Only reason why I buy or even recommend OnePlus devices in NZ is because PBTech are so awesome to deal with (imagine having to deal with OnePlus directly... *shudder*).

Well i did order from supero.co.nz but just emailed them asking why it has not shipped and they have just said that they don't have any (when there website still shows limited stock). They have cancelled the order and refunded but I have already spent $100nz+ on cases etc for it.

Have just sent them a dirty email about saying they have stock when they don't and how I am out $100.

I only purchased the cases after the order status changed to "Waiting to ship" after it had been at "allocating stock"

Would advise not to use them.
