ok,usual story, son got hold of it, and after 5 attempts at getting into it, its hard locked, ive put in the correct google acc details , but as its not got the internet on... gahhh i cant get back into it. ive tried the you tube help of volume down 5 secs and power button , but that wont bring up the hard reset, please can anyone help??
