im trying to figure out whats wrong with my friends phone it happend a few months ago but it wont come off vibrate, ive changed the volume and it says its changed but there is still the lil vibrate picture up the top, im not so good with phones so any ideas on what the problem is would be great, it could be a phone error or something she has done???
