pepperonis: How is the progress please?
Its been almost 3 weeks now and still not fixed. I speak on behalf of all deaf in NZ that have Tivo in NZ.
What is going on and is someone doing anything about it?
I have emailed TVNZ and posted several comments on this website asking how the progress is going and STILL no repsonse.....
Some communication would be appreciated as to when the issue will be fixed.

old3eyes: Maybe TiVo should suggest say a $5 / month maintenance fee like they have in the US for EPG maintenance etc.. I would rather pay that than have a box that has about the level of usability as an old VCR.
I am fortunate to be in the position to pay up and move on with alternative technology if required, many other users are not. Note: I have yet to find a solution as good as TiVO was, and dread the thought of retraining the boss.....so I have my fingers crossed for a fix before I need to commit to this route, although a few more forced watching’s of Coronation Street and something will need to give.
