Been trying to access the MyTivo website a few times over the last week, but it seem to be down with the following error

In order to better serve you, the TiVo Online Shop is undergoing scheduled maintenance at this time.

We apologise for any inconvenience, please check back later.

It says it is scheduled maintenance. But I went to the status page, that says that there has been a problem since the 3/3, and it is a problem affecting some users, so it doesn't look like it is  scheduled maintenance, but an unscheduled outage.   It does say 'some users' . Is anyone else having the same trouble?

I have previously been able to access MyTivo, but now get the following:
No device available for scheduling

It seems that we are not quite ready for you to use TiVo Genie.

This may be because you have recently activated or renamed your TiVo media device and our systems have not quite updated. If your problem persists, please contact Customer Support.

Yep, can confirm it's the same for me and am pretty sure it will apply to all visitors to MyTiVo not just you and I.  There's no ability for me to log in so can't access the Genie so appears they've put the site into "maintenance" mode across two different browsers.

Hope they are able to fix it, and it isn't one of those things where they will say it is not going to be possible to fix it due to the age of it.

Called the 0800 number, but as it wasn't an issue with the physical unit, they suggested I use the contact form - http://www.mytivo.co.nz/abouttivo/contactus/ - to talk with Hybrid directly.  I'll update here when I get a reply.

Just received:

Thank you for contacting TiVo Support.
We are aware of some service issues which are effecting customers accessing a number of MyAccount services. Affected areas include - but are not limited to - device activation and Genie remote scheduling. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
We are working to resolve the issue and will update you as soon as possible.
As this is an unscheduled service interruption it is hard for us to provide an accurate time-scale. We understand that this is frustrating, however until our technicians are confident normal service has been fully restored, any time estimate we provided would be unreliable.

Apologies for the inconvenience.

For more information as it becomes available visit: http://support.mytivo.com.au/index.php?sid=1537614&lang=en&action=news&newsid=2

Haven't heard anything back yet, but I was just able to use the genie to schedule something. Will wait and see whether it hits the TiVo, but looking good

For most of the week (possibly longer) I've been receiving the following error when trying to record shows via mytivo:

Anyone else had this issue?  It seems to log on OK, just wont record any shows.
