hi,
i have a fustrating problem when i connect my camera to my computer using firewire i get a pixelelated video being captures, with other cables my computer dosnt even regognize my camera being attached any ideas would be greatly appriceated as all my holiday footage is on these tapes, many thanks

just an update i just found out i can import the video perfectly fine on my mac so i wonder why not the pc, this is very wired and annoying :]

hi thanks for the reply,
i have used sony vegas and windows movie maker on pc both with same result, and iMovie and Quicktime Pro on mac, cheers
