Wont be happening anytime soon Developers have no access to the NFC chip on the iPhone 6/6+ and AT Hop does not support QR Codes.

As a Windows Phone user I'm going to go with yeah...nah.

Kudos to ASB for developing their app for Windows Phone though - use it daily.

WinPhone does not have an HCE option. It's Tap to Pay uses the secure element (SIM).

So, we'll be watching the news for the article about the lawsuit then? Cause reverse engineering the supposedly unhackable uncloneable system isn't going to get you a pat on the head and a lolly you know.

I'm interested to know how it will work.

Do you import an existing card into the phone?

If so, and I import a card that has $20.00 on it, do I now effectively have two cards with $20.00 on them? Can I repeatedly clone the same card?

How would that not count as fraud?

I hope your solution is compliant with the T&Cs

Laugh all you like. If you don't actually have their permission, and you're working on breaking the encryption for the purposes of cloning their cards, you're going to end up in court. I also hope you don't release your app until you've actually gotten legal approval from AT, since that would be ridicuously irresponsible (considering that would be a violation of clause 5.3 of the HOP terms, and would most definitely get all your users blacklisted by AT).
