We are renovating and can only fit a shower over bath. I am concerned that using a glass bath screen with 3 boistrous kids is a bad idea. Also I have read that they can leak under the door seal. Anyone have one of these and can comment on how steardy or water tight they are. Am considering a shower curtain or perhaps a fixed screen with a hole cut for turning on the mixer.

the glass door works fine, you fit a rubber seal to the bottom to prevent leakage

Ours works fine, get one longer than you expect you need.

And put the mixer somewhere easier to reach, like on the wall in the middle of the bath instead of under the Shower Rose at the end of the bath.

Go for a narrow angle shower rose to minimise the water on the floor. And consider a flow restrictor if you still end up with too much water escaping.
