I have a colour in a HEX format. How do get what it's called in the Resene or Dulux pallet?
Hex: #f1f1f1
RGB: 241, 241, 241
I got the mobile app but it does not give me an option to set the know HEX colours.

I think I found the close match in Dulux paint scheme.

I wonder what the equivalent is the Resene paint scheme.
I'd try and find the closest Pantone colour and take that to Resene and ask them to match that. This gave me the Pantone colour for your hex value: http://rgb.to/hex/f1f1f1
Having said all that... what you see on your screen and what a paint colour on a surface (house/fence/canvas etc) look like will likely different significantly. Best bet is to go in and get a colour swatch to match with.
There is a complete lack of decent greys on the colour charts when I was looking, they are all slightly blue or brown. I had to end up getting them to get the big book out and have a look thru for one that was just white with a bit of black in it. Was this close to taking my neutral grey card in and asking them to match to it since there was _nothing_ on the big racks of little colour samples that matched.
So ask them to get out the big expensive book from behind the counter and have a look thru it. There is no direct way to make a paint colour from a RGB colour since they are totally different ways of working, but a grey should be quite easy to pick from the column of greys in the book.

In Resene there is no exact match.. but maybe Resene Half Black White is the closest
In Dulux there us no exact match but Okarito is 241/242/241 so close
