Hi there

Was wondering if anyone has had the error code “er 01” on their HRV display?
Initially I thought it might be the filters but the display is saying I’m still at 77 percent.

It’s the Arizona 5 model installed in 2010.

Any ideas?

Thanks

Have you tried switching it off (likely you will need to find the correct circuit breaker on your fuse box).

Leave it off for a minute and flick it back on and see if that worked?

Hi

Yes turned power of a couple of times hoping that would reset it - but still no luck...

I know it hasn't had new filters in the past 8 years (even though the unit says they are still at 77%) - So I might put new ones in hoping that would fix the issue...?

Thanks

It'll likely be filters...ours have been replaced every couple of years and they are often full of dust.
