Work fine.

Then Netflix stopping today. deactivate and try to activate. Err msg  ui-502

we are on telecom

unotelly  - point to Netflix UK

1)Tried turn off router/modem, device.
2)Uninstall / reinstall Netflix

Netflix on Window 8 works fine.

Does anyone have similar problem?

Hi

Netflix is down again for me

unblock-us, vodafone adsl, apple tv and PC

it worked again for a short time after the "fix" but now its died again, getting the N8210 error on the PC

I have reset all devices, but no luck

Anyone else have the issue still?

Cheers

hey everyone
since everyone is checking out this page at the moment I thought it was a good time to ask for help with my xbox
currently i'm connected with slingshot global mode but my xbox still has regional problems with some apps especially with Netflix and hula plus.
I changed my account to a U.S one with a u.s. address but that did not work.
does anyone have any links for me to try to get this to work or help. my email is s.a.cooper@icloud.com

thanks

Hi Dlownz,

For Hulu Plus, have you tried to go into Xbox Console setting and change the region to United States as seen in this article: http://help.unotelly.com/support/solutions/articles/9583-how-to-get-hulu-plus-on-xbox

AshB1304: Can anyone explain why I can now play UK Netflix Just fine, but still can't get US to play? I can access US just fine and browse no problem: just can't play. The finer points of US v UK Netflix is irritating me ...a lot!
Using Apple TV/iPad - unblock US - Vodafone. Thanks

The problem that happened last week was that Netflix changed the way they send the bits of the video files. I gather they only changed this on the US site. This highlighted an issue a couple of ISPs had on their networks. I.e. Telecom and vodafone were processing the chunks of video file wrongly and this broke Netflix US.
Netflix uk seems not to have changed yet so they were still working ok.
Telecom announced last week they had resolved the issue.
I am not sure vodafone ever said anything officially - but it seems fixed now.

Still not working here:

Vodafone VDSL
unblock-us
MAC OSX and Apple TV both not working

Just tried a free trial with unotelly and the same thing happens, crashes out at 50% loaded.

Netflix subscription just renewed a couple of days ago.. bugger :(

Sounds like your xbox is not using the slingshot DNS properly - it should normally be using your router for DNS and your router should be set to automatic - what DNS server is set on your xbox? An alternative is to grab a free trial of unotelly and try their DNS

What should the DNS settings be on the xbox
