My sister uses the NZ version and has mentioned that as things finish on other channels and the rights expire, they've been popping up on Netflix. Hopefully, the NZ offering will improve over time. I've compared it to other services like Neon and the Australian SVOD offerings and it's still better for my purposes so, for now, I'll keep my account active.

I have noticed that a TV series will expire on one region and show up in another so this makes sense.

I am stoked that the Trek franchise has showed up locally as am so a Trekie

Love them all except maybe the last one, Enterprise. I had to force myself to finish it and I went in with an open mind wanting to love it.

NZ Netflix also has an excellent selection of David Attenborough nature documentaries which I love too.

Is anyone still using unblockers? I had two services so I could swap when one had problems but they are both down as often as they are up lately:(

I'm marathoning Stargate Atlantis in the local catalogue, which I never got into at the time but now seems to appeal to me more.

Most unblockers no longer work for Netflix, and the ones that do are very up and down. I've given up and switched my Netflix region to NZ. As annoying as it is to not be able to access some shows, it still has a much better range than the other local offerings, and I can still get Hulu, BBC, Aussie channels, etc.

Yes there is however everyone is keeping what services work quiet now including the providers themselves. It has really turned into a need-to-know thing.

Yeah, looking at the forums, I figured I wouldn't get much info with my huge post count :) Up until a few days ago I had one that was very reliable although horribly expensive compared to the competition though but even that's flakey now.

Well I'm up and running again. Yay. Now I've got 3 unblockers to juggle. Combine that with Netflix, Hulu and Amazon and it's still cheaper than Sky TV which can go die in a fire before I ever give them any money.

I would love to know who people are using successfully if you want to PM me incase big bad netfllix USA are watching.

This is for unblocking services NOT VPN'S. I can use a VPN and get around it but don't want all my traffic going via a VPN.

@marlinz dns4me are a small business who were spending on average $50-$100US on each server they provisioned which were getting blocked after a week. There are other providers out there doing the same however they'll soon have to give up too (it simply isn't viable). I've looked at options too and yes, I do have a vast amount of experience in this area and the same applies, there are no real working services anymore.

The ones that were working are now not with the US version of Netflix, or if they are I'd give it literally a couple of weeks. I had around 10 different niche servers in the US and not one of them were allowed Netflix US. At some point you have to just give up. There are plenty of other services out there (Amazon Instant, Hulu among some) that offer a vast variety of content Netflix offers.

If you're going to make a comment like that then understand that everything costs money - and to be perfectly fair dns4me couldn't keep going. It is so much money and don't make financial sense to keep going at the rate that Netflix are blocking.

I am not putting them down , just saying that some unblocking service providers work , the one i use works
