I probably missed this somewhere, but where do you get a guide for the international stuff - Sky News UK, Euronews etc. Also is TVNZ 1 and 2 working for you people, does using a DNS type thing interfere ?
Any ideas on this international guide stuff and TV1 and 2 thing anyone ?

all the links are %100 working fine, if you are using a DNS or VPN type service that will be the issue.
Turn it off or disable it
or contact the dns service and ask them to fix it
TV1 and 2 still not working for me. Have to look what could be wrong. I dont use any other DNS apart from standard Vodafone and no VPN. Just switched from Windows to Linux so newbie on this

Which list are you using and what software are you using?
nurcopolics: I've got DNS so maybe that's the issue but only rt news works with http://apsattv.com/kiwitv2.m3u added to my fire TV using perfect player.
There isn't a stream for the plus channels
Try
http://www.apsattv.com/kiwitv2.m3u
rather than
http://apsattv.com/kiwitv2.m3u
After adding http://www.apsattv.com/kiwitv2.m3u link to Kodi m3u playlist to replace mathuisman's m3u file I now get the extra channels like Sky News which is great. However the Radio channels have all disappeared. Is it possible to keep these as well as the extra TV channels?

TV1 and 2 not working for me either on Kodi with http://www.apsattv.com/kiwitv2.m3u
It was working when I tested it on PC approx 2 weeks ago but wouldn't work when I tried to set it up on a new Nvidia Shield TV this week.
Tested it again on the previously working PC setup and it no longer works, changed to Matt's .m3u and all working fine.
Using standard 2degrees DNS.
Ok lets try and narrow this down?
Which version of Kodi are you using?
I'm using the old Version 16.1 on both windows and android. Along with the simple PVR Client its working %100 on both my desktop and tablet. (win7 pro and android 5.1)
Using kiwitv2.m3u
please check in simple pvr client the setting "Cache m3u at local storage" disable it
Matt is using a slightly different url, however it should still work here
his are http and connecting to the sub stream while mine is using https and connecting to the master
http://tvnzioslive04-i.akamaihd.net/hls/live/267188/1924997895001/channel1/masterR_5.m3u8
mine
https://tvnzioslive04-i.akamaihd.net/hls/live/267188/1924997895001/channel1/master.m3u8
you can do a test here by pasting in the url.

There are no radio channel included in my m3u playlist. I do have a list of about 100+ NZ radios. Which I can put up as nzradio.m3u (not yet) as I need to recheck them.
Or I could make them a sub folder the kiwitv2.m3u
Which radios were you after? a mix or just the freeview ones?
The kiwitv2 playlist has been updated with a bonus "sports events" on Channel 27
With a legit and legal stream of the world Para Athletics from London

The Freeview ones would be a great start including the NZ DAB ones like BBC. I'd be interested in the other NZ radio stations too. Are there other keen radio listeners out there?
P.S. If they were all part of the kiwitv2.m3u list that would be great. I don't know how to have more than the one m3u list loaded in the Kodi PVR IPTV Simple Client
Apsattv:Hi again. I tried on Linux and Windows and TV1 and 2 etc wont work but other channels do using Kodi 17.3. You stated you are using Kodi 16.1 no problem. So I uninstalled Kodi 17.3 and installed Kodi 16.1. No other changes and it works correctly. TV1 and 2 all working. So something in Kodi 17.3 is stopping those working
Ok lets try and narrow this down?

I would expect its to do with https and http
TVNZ's Channel 2 master.m3u8 includes a list of URLs at various quality levels.
The last one on the list is returning a 404 error:
#EXT-X-STREAM-INF:BANDWIDTH=2400000
https://tvnzioslive05-i.akamaihd.net/hls/live/267189-b/1924997895001/channel2/masterR_55.m3u8
If I comment this out, it then works in Kodi 17/18.
Possible explanation for it working prior to v17:
"The old method that selected the video from the playlist was buggy and resulted in loss of audio stream for many videos. Now we leave this to ffmpeg. ffmpeg analyses the playlist and presents the results as selectable programs. kodi selects a program with regard on max bandwidth, others are discarded."
