Nothing really new except maybe that TVNZ will cover any RWC game that has a major issue with streaming

Talkiet:

It is, and casting from Android and IOS work very well to Chromecast.. I cast from my phone to an Nvidia Shield (which has a CC ultra built in) and it was fantastic.

I cant cast to my Nvidia Shield. Help Desk said its not supported!

If its not supported, that doesnt mean it doesn't work. It means it may or may not work but Spark doesnt support it right now. Android has many versions, so each x.x.x.1 can't be officially supported, but as Android is sort of generic, yes, it may, and from previous posts, yes it does.

It does work as I've just checked it.. Nokia 7.1plus to Nvidia shield on latest geforce experience. Try restarting the shield, I sometimes can't cast and a restart sorts it.

Does casting other things work? I had an issue recently with the shield where Plex/YouTube wouldn't work. Had to uninstall all the cast updates and disable auto updates, and everything started working again. A quick Google showed I wasn't an isolated case 🤨

Strange? It was a point by point breakdown of the coverage, including one or two negative issues. If you checked the author you would have seen he is a rugby reporter, not a marketing manager

Yes it is coming. I believe the date that's been reported is Next month.

I wont comment on any finer date than that, It's not my team delivering it :)

So I'm still having issues with the android app.  It now appears that the stream, if it is being casted, when the duration has been 2 hours or more crashes the app.  Was fine until this time this morning, but then like every race so far after about 2 hours the app crashes and kicks me out... anyone else suffer from this?

I'll throw the generic response that accompanies every poor review on the play store:

"Spark SportMay 16, 2019

Hi, have you tried the latest update? It seems to fix the issue for many of our users. If it doesn't work for you, could you contact us at https://help.sparksport.co.nz/ so that we can work together to figure it out?"

One would have hoped that the latest update (last week) would have ironed out the bugs.  But its still Beta after 2.5 months - and still charging.  I've already given up and suspended but sadly that doesnt help you and all the other F1 diehards.
