rp1790: Well mine has arrived this morning.  Downloading update, and yes I can confirm the power pack (plug) is 110-240 volt.  Now to set it up...

Wow that was insanely quick! Who did you use to ship it? (and what freight option)

I bit the bullet and shipped from my Shipit.com address via Fedex Priority (about $50USD), couldnt wait.

First impressions....my MacMini (Plex client) and AppleTV (Netflix) are probably history.

Do you have Amazon Prime or a trial at least to determine if you can access Amazon Video internationally?

I do have the trial and yes it works.  Watching a video now as we speak.  I'm on Bigpipe VDSL and using the unblock.us DNS servers.

One assumes if it works with Unblock, also works with unotelly? NetFlix and Hulu, no problem either?
Does Youtube allow at least 720p streaming?

I don't have unotelly so can't try that.  Not sure how to tell if Youtube is playing at 720p.  Interestingly, youtube videos are starting almost instantly.

What kind of power cord does it use? Clover leaf, figure of 8 or need an adapter?

This is good info. Thanks for the breakdown of various features. Did you manage to get the game controller?

It's a brick, so you need an adaptor (or bend the pins?)

Its a small AC adaptor block with US prongs and a normal round connector at the device end.

Hulu Plus works, trying it on the 1 week trial, which is paid for via Amazon, no card/payment issues.

No I didn't, too much TV available to play games!  For me anyway...

Wait, what? Can you pay Hulu Plus via Amazon? Or is it a trial sponsored by Amazon?

No, wasn't going to risk that.  Just used a travel adaptor.

Can you please explain the default Amazon credit card? I'm currently using the air new zealand smart card.
