I'm trying to add chromecast to my openhab, to do so I'm after the streaming urls from iheart radio that are used on a chrome cast.  There's a bunch of .aac and m3u8 and pls streams, but none seem to work when I poke them at a chrome cast (audio).  Anyone tried it?

Bunch of streams here you could try:
http://files.matthuisman.nz/nzradio.m3u8

Just open with text editor and grab the stream URLs from the ffmpeg line

I don't know why, but I can give it an MP3 stream, ie shoutcast and it works, but an AAC it doesn't seem to like it. Even though the API says I should be able to.

I want to get openhab to be able start the radio stream so I can get off fm
