My Sony headphones came with a free trial for a compatible 360 reality audio service. I'd like to try another streaming service so I signed up and it directed me to Amazon Music with a four month free trial. I've installed the android app.

Trying to play anything gives playback error exception #243. There are other things with a greyed out play button.

I've done the usual clear cache, restart, sign out sign in, no change. Any clues?
