3 1/2 years ago I with my missus gave up smoking, we used the Champix road as we had both tried other ways without success.

Champix worked great for us an I could not believe the absence of craving while using it. Used an app to track how we have been going, example below.

I still get the odd craving but am pretty confident of being able to stay smoke free.

Who else is on the smoke free road.

Excellent well done. I gave up smoking 22 years ago, went cold turkey except using Sunflower seeds to relieve cravings. I haven't touched  cigarette since the day I gave up.

Here is a crazy notion, lets give peace a chance.

Congratulations and exceptionally well done! I have never tried cigarettes, alcohol or recreational drugs, for the exact reason of not wanting to get hooked and having to fight it.

I have done deals with my smoking staff in the past where I offered them $1500 to quit smoking for 3 months, honesty based, and had a few take me up on it. One guy worked for me for a few years and when he left, he gave me back the $1500, thanked me and told me I saved his life and he didn't feel right keeping the money.

Congratulations!  I am not a smoker myself.  A few of my relatives were smokers and they became happier and healthier once they quit, many years ago.

And that $11K savings can buy a decent second hand car!

Smoked on and off for over a decade, quit after a week on zyban (i think) pills from the gp 5 years ago, never looked back. The smell alone now makes me want gag, I hate to think how much I blew on them over that time.
