I know we're well into autumn, but this is to please remind yourself and your loved ones to stay sun-smart. This is what my noggin looks like a couple of weeks after having a basal cell carcinoma removed (and I was lucky I didn't need a skin graft and that it wasn't a melanoma).  I'm getting the staples out next week.

Sometimes I use big words I don't always fully understand in an effort to make myself sound more photosynthesis.

I second that message.

That photo reminds me of late family members who had multiple such operations in their latter years, to have various malignant growths removed.

While the picture and nature of this is graphic, the risk of melanoma is very real and must not be ignored as it can and will spread to other body parts and is often fatal.

That looks awful. You have my sympathy. I'm glad it isn't melanoma.

Looks good. I'd be telling the grandkids I had a brain transplant to make me smarter.

Mr E is due for his in May. Won’t be showing him the likely results though. Looks very painful and I hope it heals fast and stays benign.

This. A good friend of mine died almost 2 years ago to the day. He was only 44.
