Not from the look of that. Perfect maybe for the lawnmower guy, but even more hopeless than standard ute for accessing stuff that isn't at the back of the tray.
The local lawnmower guy probably doesn't use a double cab ute anyway, because the tray is too high and too short, and the $30/hour pay rate doesn't justify a $60k toy, so a $120k toy - I really doubt it. An old Mazda Bounty is about where it ends.
From the wikipedia page, the project was supposed to include a van, what's been delivered so far is a toy / plaything, that'll probably sell well anyway, because it's probably a very good toy (despite looking like it's made from recycled urinal offcuts).
