Has anyone had any luck with this service?

Every time I try and book online it's always "sold out".

i picked one up in christchurch when i was there last. booked it the night before i arrived, no problem. great option, cheaper than taxis and more convenient!

I can imagine there would be a high demand though - none of the other companies appear to have a comparable price/option (unless you go off-airport which is a hassle in itself).
