I just bought a 2009 Toyota Wish. Wondering if anyone knows where I can find a boot mat / cargo tray for it? I saw one in a vehicle for sale at a Toyota dealership. We didn't buy that car but they must be available somewhere if that one had it. Have had a good google on it and most places who sell these mats don't seem to make them for the Wish. Maybe it's not popular enough in NZ. Any ideas?

My 2c...

We bought a new Vitara last year. Struggled to find a boot mat locally with correct fit etc (the dealer advised buying the one they sell as it was poor quality). They sell mats on Ebay etc but shipping is very expensive due to the dimensions/weight.

Anyway, 1-day sell a "universal" boot mat that you cut to shape. It has grooves in the rubber that make it easy to shape to your boot.

Very happy with it actually. Its easy to cut (with decent scissors) and fits nicely. Was around $30 from memory (similar ones are $80+ in Repco etc). No awful rubber smell (unlike the Repco foot mat I bought for our other car)

I've found that www.rubbertree.co.nz will produce one for me but they don't have a pattern for it so it requires going into their office for a measure. However they start at $149. Still looking for cheaper options.

Sorry, here you go; https://www.1-day.co.nz/

Its one of those deal a day sites. Just keep an eye on the deals the boot mat comes up frequently.

He's meaning the 1-day website at https://www.1-day.co.nz/ - what they have on offer is only available for 24 hours, but the same items typically do come up fairly often.

I've twice purchased the boot mat sold by Super Cheap, and have found it excellent and that's $50sh. Yep, the rubber's not the most wonderful smell initially but haven't any issues with it over time. The ability to cut it to shape means the fit is generally really good.

Ended up getting the $55 one from Super Cheap Auto. Easily trimmed to fit. Doesn't even smell that bad. Great value compared to custom fitted options and not really all that different in the end.
