Lizard1977: Just checked the Canon website, and it says "participating Canon Authorised Dealers" Using the Canon website to see who is listed, and no mention of DSE (though it still mentions Bond and Bond, so is probably out of date) in Palmerston North. Can anyone confirm that purchases from DSE are valid for the cashback offer?
joker97: you don't expect canon to pay you $15.80 to receive the printer do you ;p

Make yourself a My Canon account then go in to "make" a claim.
As part of this process you have to select where you bought your printer from.
Dick Smith (Electronics) is listed.
mattwnz: Anyone received their refund yet? They seem to be dragging their feet to make payment. If Brother can make payment within a week, otther comapnies should be able to make payment as quickly, or at least after a few weeks. 5 weeks now, although not quite as bad as HP who took over 3 months.
Cheers,

looseleaf: The cashback is 28 days from when they confirm your claim NOT from when you file the redemption. They give themselves 28 days to confirm your claim and another 28 days to process your cashback. So it could take up to two months (or three months if they are talking working days but they don't specify).
