Worked fine with my Amazon account using NZ credit card and US Youshop address, plugged code into Origin and away we go

I just asked a mate if it was worth it and he said "Nope", so maybe that's an indication why.

I don't even really think it's worth $10 USD to be honest

The game I can't stop playing right now is Borderlands 2 and PreSequel. It's just good fun.

Never been a fan on borderlands myself... i might give it a try at some point though..

most of my time of late is split between Banished when the internet is being hammered, CSGO when friends are up for competitive, and gmod for the rest of the time..

I would have to say it took me a good 4 hours to really get into Borderlands, though I was having fun from about an hour in.

I quite like playing it on the xbox one.  lots of updates and new game modes since original if you haven't tried for a while.
only subscription is for a 'season pass' which unlocks additional maps - it is 75% off on xbox right now so I bought - but you don't need it.

My problem with online games is that I have so little time to play that those I am playing with, who have a lot more time, blitz me, kinda kills the fun.

i dont think playtime equates to ability at all.

i have logged well over a few hundred hours on the completive scene for csgo now, still nothing like i used to be when i played css competitively.

plenty of people i know put many many hours into games, and wont call themselves decent.

Yeah - loving Borderlands 2, play it co-op with one of my sons. It has genuine humour and is very irreverent. Bought it on one of those Steam sales for low low price, including most of the DL content so I get to play as the mechromancer. Will definitely get the pre-sequel when I can catch it on sale.
It did take me a long time to figure out the whole weapons backpack, selling weapons, getting the best shields and so on, but once that was sorted it was a lot more enjoyable.
