Many/most ELVs aren’t adopted. This is purely a trial at schoolboy level below first XV. If it was to become a law it’s years away.

Adoption timeframes vary of course, but I was pretty sure there was talk of the no-jumping trial at higher levels, perhaps for next year? 

 

If it was adopted at Super Rugby Level next year and deemed to be effective, I'd expect it to be part of the Rugby Championship in 2023, but potentially delayed as a result of RWC 2023.

Nah, it was purely a schools thing.

There were other SELVs trialed in club rugby, mostly around the scrum.

There’s a sub-zero chance of a significant ELV in super rugby or the rugby championship in a World Cup year.
